Warranty & Furniture Protection

We at Matter Brothers Furniture thank you for your recent purchase, which we are sure will give you years of enjoyment and pleasure.

Warranties

We offer a one-year, from date of delivery, in home service at no charge against manufacturer product or installation and fabrication flaws or defects*. After one-year, a service fee applies to in-home service calls. We do not warranty any products we sell as we do not manufacture the items. Warranties are extended to the original purchaser and delivery address with proof of purchase. This warranty does not cover normal wear, any damage due to abuse, negligence, commercial use or misuses on the part of the consumer. All closeouts and showroom samples are sold AS-IS and are not covered under the Matter Brothers Warranty.

Furniture Protection Plan

We recommend purchasing the Furniture Care Protection Plan, which offers five years of protection against accidental damage, including stains, gouges, tears, burns, watermarks and more. If you decline the Furniture Care Protection Plan at the time of your order and wish to add it at a later date, you must notify us at least two (2) business days prior to the furniture being delivered or picked up. The Furniture Care Protection Plan is not available after the furniture is delivered to your home. Please see the links below for more details on our featured plans.
