Return Policy
Refunds will be issued on furnishings only, and on any non-special orders cancelled within seven days of purchase. Stocking furniture may be returned within seven (7) days of date of delivery with a 30% restocking fee. The remaining balance will be issued as an in-store credit.
Special Orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable. Customers may forfeit their deposit if they choose not to accept their delivery on a Special Order. We do our best to estimate the delivery times from our vendors, special orders may not be cancelled due to a delay in the deliver time from the manufacturer.
Accessories may be returned the next business day for a full refund. Returns and/or exchanges will not be accepted after that time.
Clearance and As-Is Merchandise
Clearance and showroom samples are final sale. There are not returns, exchanges, refunds, or service.
Delivery Fees are non-refundable if the service has been attempted or performed.
Platinum Protection plans are non-refundable.
Mattress Return Policy
Adjustable Bases
There are no returns or refunds on motion bases. All service is done through the manufacturer. You will find the 800 number to call for service and the serial number for the motion base in your Owner's Manual or on the back of your remote control.

Tempur-Pedic and Stearns & Foster Mattresses Only!
We do our best to match you with the prefect mattress & foundation for the best night's sleep. You should sleep on your new mattress for a minimum of 30 nights to allow your body to adjust. If after this 30 night adjustment period you are unhappy with your mattress you may exchange mattress for one of an equal or greater value. There is a $199 re-selection fee. The 90 Day Comfort Guarantee is only valid on the original Tempur-Pedic and Stearns & Foster mattress purchase. Foundations and adjustable bases are not applicable to this program.
